I just bought a SUV from bob caldwell in Columbus, OH and the sales person was knowledgeable and easy to work with, but the manager was a complete bitch!! She would not budge with the price on the vehicle. The salesperson tried to talk to her but she would not even listen. In front of customers she was a bitch and would not even listen to them without walking away. The vehicle had a dent in it, missing backseat headrests but she wouldn't lower the cost of the vehicle. The cost of headrests are $150 a piece and we need 3 of them. She has very poor business savy.
