Very disappointed with Longhorn HVAC. Have had several A/C and Heat units go out in my community, which was all provided and installed by Longhorn. Turns out, large majority of the problems were because of poor installations and neglect during start check stage. Would NOT recommend Longhorn to anyone. One of the owners is extremely standoffish and completely unreasonable. Must be tough for him to know he runs a shoddy business and probably fields calls from unsatisfied consumers all day long.
