I used to go to Denbeigh Toyota's service dept. to have my new Camry XLE serviced. I thought everyone there was great. The only issue was, when my car was under warranty, they could never find out what was causing the loud clacking noise in my engine. It is semi-loud when the car is idling and very loud when driving. I complained about issue every time I brought my car in for service. \r \r Denbeigh Toyota moved to a new, Newport News location & have renamed themselves Pearson's Toyota. \r \r My car is no longer under warranty & I took it to Pearson's for a scheduled oil change. Again, I made the complaint about the loud engine noise. Quickly, the service guys were able to identify the problem & quoted me over $700 to have it fixed. I have called & left messages inquiring if this pre-existing problem could be covered as a warranty issue. It's been month & I have rec'd no response.\r \r My friend's co-worker discussed the exact same problem he had w/ Denbeigh/Pearson Toyota. The
