I wouldn't listen to the reviewers who say that they've had bad service - there are no waiters. Just go up to the counter and grab a slice. They always have a great selection of pies - I love the chicken parm. You can get ziti pizza, chicken broccoli pizza, cheeseburger pizza, etc. They have some good baked goods and I love the tiramisu. You can get in quick, grab a bottle of beer (they have a pretty good selection) and sit for as long as you like. I've even seen people in there playing cards. The seating area is always clean - and there are murals of the whole neighborhood all over the walls - great artwork and a local history lesson! I think it's cool that it's in the St. Mark's hotel building and there are pictures of the hotel in there... and yes, the bathroom is pretty bad - but tell me where you're going to find a sweet-smelling clean bathroom in the city without having to pay for it and I'll tell you that you're in lala land. i've even run in there just to use the bathroom sometimes and the guys are totally OK with it. Just bring you're own TP and some wipes or handgel and you're all set. But don't go for the bathroom - go for the tasty, unique slices of pizza and the relaxed neighborhood ambiance. Oh - and a cold one.
