I had a family emergency and took my dog and cat to Muir Oaks Hospital. \r \r Upon returning to pick them up - approximately one week later - I was informed that my cat "lucky" had gotten sick and had the runs. The girl explained they cleaned her the best they could. They brought Lucky out in her carrier and sat her on the counter.\r \r The cost for both the dog and cat was $300. which I thought was a bit steep. I paid the bill and went home. \r \r Upon taking Lucky out of her carrier I noticed large "nickel sized" pieces of dried feces all over her tail and rear legs. I was LIVID! I immediately called to speak with someone regarding sending a pet home in that condition. \r \r The young girl said she was the one in charge at the monment. She would not have a doctor return my call until Monday. This was Sunday. I told her they should have given the cat a bath and charged me instead of putting her into a "material lined" carrier with feces all over her. Now the carrier needs to be cl
