SUPERIOR Customer Service. The owner, Cindy, has gone above and beyond in helping me. I have had back surgery, and I feel that Cindy cares that I have shoes that are good for my back problems. The staff is pleasant and helpful, not pushy as I have found in other higher end shoe stores. If I go in for just a browse or with intention to purchase, I am treated with kindness and respect. Cobbler's Cottage is in my opinion and many others I know, the best shoe store in Ithaca and Tompkins County. I will continue to choose them when in need of high quality shoes.
