Review content:
My first time there, I asked how long would the oil change take. The guy at the front desk, Brian, said about 35-40 minutes. I was thinking that was a bit long (compared to the other place I go to which takes 15 minutes max), but I went ahead with it because I needed an oil change and it was the only time I had available. I also asked the guy to check my tire pressure. Instead of taking the stated 35-40 minutes, it took 1 hour and 48 minutes (per the service report). Not only did it take forever and he forget to check my tire pressure, but the guy got in a hurry (when he realized how mad I was) and he broke my door handle. Now I have to go back over there and get the handle fixed (""at no charge"" he says). \r The guy did NOT offer me a reimbursement on gas/time to drive all the way back to Anderson or a discount for the oil change because it took forever. He acts like it is an inconvenience to him to have to deal with customers. \r After I finally get my door fixed, it will be the last time I go to Firestone. Cons: Takes forever, no customer care
