This little shop out of the way at 59 Franklin street (you would never guess it was here) is just the thing to get over those giant store blues. They have interesting labels from all over the world, a killer indie dvd selection, music and art. AND they are not stingy. Last time I was in there, all the clothing was 60% off! The staff are nice and they give you the special treatment instead of ignoring you when you are trying to decipher the european sizing chart or making a face when you are not the perfect size 2. They also have events, which debut artists and djs. You can shop on their website also. Seems to me that this is how fashion retail should be!
