They don't even deserve 1 star. My lawn looks exactly as it did 5 months ago with even more weeds that have come and filled the dead spots. Their "trushield" is true crap! Fire Ant mounds everywhere! Absolutely no customer service, will not refund your money, and basically the answer I received was well "we have 1000's of other customers that ARE satisfied" whatever Tru Green...Save your money people! Go with a smaller company that NEEDS and WILL WORK HARD to satisfy their customers. Wrote to the BBB about my situation, and surprise surprise...they aren't accredited and have a C- Rating from the BBB. They are scum bags and deserve to be put out of business for their lies and scams.
