HORRIBLE is too nice a word. \r

They killed $1200 worth of new sod. Tried to upsell me at least 10 times after I prepaid for a years worth of service. They rarely treated the backyard. And now they claim that an additional service ($39) must be paid for or I'll be sent to collections.\r

There are many other services that do a much better job and have better customer service. After 3 months with a smaller company, my lawn is the greenest on the block.
