Very shady ethics!
The purchase was good until we tried to register the vehicle, when it wouldn't pass inspection we asked for our money back, or to have the problem solved. After a month (and daily phone calls) trying to solve the problem they finally took care of the issue.
However, when we went back a few years later, we were approached by the same salesman, whom we promptly told that we did not want to do business with, and requested another rep. The sales rep made a vulgar gesture to us behind our backs when we told him that we did not want to do business with him. (We could see the gesture through the reflection in the window)
When we informed them that we were going to take our business elsewhere they tried to stand behind our vehicle to prevent us from leaving, while another rep pleaded with us to stay. When we reported the incident to management, they blew it off and became more aggressive in the sales pitch. To this day the sales rep still works there.
