I went to SEVERAL docs in the Beverly Hills area. I wanted to do My own Extreme Makeover and do nose, chin, upper eyes and Mommy Makeover.\r \r I chose Yamini for many reasons--\r \r 1) I didn't get dizzy when he was talking about the proceedures. With some other docs, I actually got dizzy and uncomfortable. Just didn't feel right.\r \r 2) I did a LOT of research on all the procedures and knew the difference between closed and open rhino, the different types of breast lifts, etc. and I found Dr. Yamini's methods to be the least invasive and made sense for the best result. He did closed rhino on Me when another docs wanted to do open. Open is another scar (albeit small) but more invasive and longer recovery.\r \r 3) He knew how to strike a balane between what I thought I wanted, what was physically possible with My genetics and what he thought would look the best and gave Me the options with the pros and cons.\r \r 4) You don't just want a good doctor who is skilled technially, you want an artist you can visualize how to make you look better. He likes natural results. We've all been scared by those ladies in the grocery stores that have had TOO MUCH done and look freakish He leans towards what will compliment the face and not start to look ""done.""\r \r I had My nose, upper eyelids, face grafting under My eyes and a chin implant done first and I love it. Friends couldn't tell because all My features were each changed slightly where the result is just still Me looking like Me, just a LOT better. I love My nose and a side benefit is we lifted the tip and it made My top lip curl up a little bit so I look like I have some juvaderm in there, but I don't. Its cute and suits Me.\r \r Not quite a week ago I had breast lift and silicone implants and lipo of hips and flanks. I've ALWAYS had stubborn fat there and now it's GONE and I love it. Breasts look great and I feel really good for 5 days after. I've even been walking to the corner store each night for My favorite protein bar (OH, NO! HE'S GOING TO READ THIS AND SPANK ME! :)\r \r IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW if you are getting BREAST LIFT W/IMPLANTS!!!! (I have done lots of research. It's My body and I only get one!)\r \r There's over and under muscle and you can read about that (google it) and most do under muscle, but what many will do for a lift is what is called an anchor lift or Full Pattern Mastopexy which is a LOT OF SCARS. It's a scar around the aerola, one down the center from the aerola to the crease and then a scar in the cease. LOTS.\r \r If you have a LOT of sagging, you might need that type. BUT if you aren't in that category, Yamini can do a lift with just a ""doughnut"" incision where he just takes a little excess skin around the aerola to cinch it up. Google ""Benelli lift"" vs. ""Full Pattern Mastopexy"" and you will see. \r \r Other docs wanted to give Me the Full Pattern Mastopexy which would have been SO MANY MORE SCARS. I would have Frankenstien Boobies. As it is, I just have incisions around the aerola and the aerola is smaller now. LOVE THAT!\r \r I do recovery at Shanteque Recovery spa and all the nurses there said his breasts jobs always turn out very natural-looking.\r \r I am going to do a Tummy Tuck in about a month or so with him again.\r \r So if you are shopping for docs, definitely have a consult with Dr. Yamini and get EDUCATED. He will probably be the one who will be the least invasive of the procedures you are choosing between and you will still get the results you are looking for. That's what I found.\r \r Pamela K. Pros: He's VERY calm, keen attention to detail
