Dr. Epstein is extremely friendly; she was recommended to me by my esthetician. The only downside to the office is that the receptionists are unfriendly and unprofessional. One picked up the phone AFTER I walked up to the desk with my paperwork filled out. No smile or anything. She finally looked up after about a minute with a questioning look, and was abrupt in her manner; it made me feel as though I was inconviencing her. The front desk staff needs to be trained on proper customer service.\r

Other than that, my visit was pleasant.
Pros: Great doctor, great location
