I just happened to stop by this shop because no one else wanted to do my inspection on Saturday. Like many others, I was shocked by the layout. The place is beautiful and spacious. Employees were very friendly and treated me with respect. Some shops kind of ignore foreigners or treat them like 2nd class citizens. Not here!! They seem to have a very diverse staff, which is not typical in the Sugar Land area. They did try to up sell me, but it was not in a forceful way, and they actually took me outside and showed me the items that were in bad shape. I did replace the bad items and I am setup to come back for everything else. Even upon declining the additional work, they still treated me with respect. Great shop!!
