I've been eating at Lucy's since the mid-90s. The food is wonderful. Can't speak to the drinks cause i'm not there with my 6 frat brothers to get zonked. Entrees come with a salad and soup...the salad dressing is fantastic...the soups change...variations on bean, chicken, tortilla..and they are all unbelievably good. I took my mother in law there when she had a cold and the soup cured her. Usually get the chicken tacos...with beans and rice. It's totally reasonable. About $15 per person for all that food. You will love it. Bring some cash because while they take plastic you can't add the tip to the bill and put in on your card. Go. You will be glad you did.
Pros: chips salad and soup all come with entree..practically a meal in themselves!
Cons: parking...and you have to look at paramount's crappy tv show billboards afterwards
