Review content:
So the car key for our Dodge was put through the washing machine. It worked for the ignition, but wouldn't lock or unlock, electronically. So I went to the Valencia Dodge parts dept and pressed the QUIETEST ""service"" button I have ever heard in my life. It was like it had ten blankets on it muffling the sound to very dull 'ding'. I waited about 30 seconds. No response. Rang the world's quietest bell again. Another 30 seconds. No service. Rang it again. Waited about 45 seconds. Nada... Finally after a full 2 minutes or even 3, I rang the bell in quick succession ring, ring, ring... So then a middle aged guy stuck his head out and angrily said ""I'll be right with you!"". Another full minute goes by until the guy (later identified to me as ""Steve"") saunters into the tiny area behind the counter and says...""Yeah?"" Not ""Can I help you sir?"" or even ""What can I get you?""--- but ""Yeah?"" -- like I'm wasting his valuable time. I said I need a new electronic key made, and that the car is in my wife's name and he says... ""She has to be her then"". I said ""She's at work 35 miles away"". He says -- really rude now...""She must be here"". Now I'm pissed -- so ask for the store manager. Good 'ol middle aged gray haired parts guy ""Steve"" pivots on his heels and says to a guy standing next to me...What can I help YOU with?"". The kid says ""I need a battery"". So I say -- ""I want to talk to the Manager"". And ""Steve"" says -- ""I'll call him after I help this guy."" So I stepped up to another window and the employees called the Manager who refused to come and talk to me. The kicker? I had the pink slip in the vehicle -- so there was no question I had a legal right to get a duplicate key made -- it's just ""Steve"" was so rude we didn't get that far. If this Dealership was selling a car I liked at a big discount -- I wouldn't do business with them. They seem tired and have an adversarial to their own customers. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
