Last year I used Knott & Sons several times to cover vacations. They were never there when they said they would be, and they kept running into my fence. This year, out of desperation and unable to mow due to an injury, I contacted them and they, once again, did not come when they said, and when they mowed, they left a big pile of grass clippings on top of the lawn, and missed alot of spots. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second week, they came 2 days late, and they must have lowered their mower, because when they left, my yard looked like a field- about 2 inches of grass clippings lay on top of the lawn. When we contacted them, they were very rude, said it wasn't their fault, and they would rake, for extra $$$. So, to avoid having to mow the lawn, due to injury, I now was forced to go out and rake up the mess they left. I would never never never use them!!!!!!! Pros: convenient Cons: disorganized, unreliable, poor quality, rude on phone
