Excellent view and great food. Be prepared to spend however. If you get a bottle of wine, appetizer, and entree you are looking at $150 for two people including gratuity. Other than that, the atmosphere is perfect, the wait staff is extremely professional, and the view looks right over the inner harbor. Definitely order the Crab Chowder. You can also just go to the bar next to the restaurant if you want to get a taste of the view.
