Review content:
When I looked up the address again to pick up my husband's clothes I came upon the previous review. It just so happened that I came in that morning to drop off my husband's clothing while he was out of town. He works in the area and I don't go in often. I was stunned to find a man who was screaming at the store clerk about his missing drycleaning. She was in the process of frantically trying to find out what she could do to find his missing clothes, which she finally did. She tried her best to pacify him but he continued to berate her and she continued trying to help him, offering a store credit in excess of 50% of his drycleaning bill. He would not be pacified, still screaming at her as he exited the store. This man must be very bad at recognizing facial expressions as the ""smirk"" he was refering to was actually the clerk in tears. I spent 20 minutes with her trying to calm her down. I have never seen such despicable behavior from a ""gentleman"" in all my life. That night I asked my husband if he ever had a problem with this establishment and he said he has always been treated well and has had no issues with his cleaning. Mr. puka87 should be ashamed of himself. And then to lie on the internet is unconsionable. I don't that there is a peace offering that will satisfy him and his gift to that store clerk is never to come in there again. Pros: good service, good value Cons: none that I have encountered
