Review content:
Food was O.K. but there was NO service. A miserable evening. Took 35 minutes for our pre-dinner drinks to arrive. They were not that busy. Brought out our appetizer, laid it on the table and immediately came back, took it away and said it was for another table. (That table had arrived after us.) Our appetizer finally arrived 1 hour after we had been seated. We had to request our bottle of wine be brought out. We had to ask where our food was and when it came out it was cold and the portions were small. I asked for bread and was told they had none. After being there 2 1/2 hours we were so tired and frustrated we just wanted to get out of there. To get our check my fiance had to go inside to find our waiter. Beware of The Presidio!
