I wish there was a way to give this company a negative 10 rating, because a one is much too high. They don't keep their appointments and the owner doesn't return phone calls or emails. I had two appt. with this slack company, one of those appts was set up directly by Martin. I guess only their time is valuable because they sure didn't respect my time by calling and saying they weren't coming.\r \r Martin has failed to answer a basic question that has been asked numerous times- how is it that if I have a SHEDULED APPT, especially an early morning one, that you are a no show? How does the fact that you had an overwhelming response to groupon effect me\r if I had an appt? Did it ever dawn on you to call to let someone know that you weren't coming?\r \r If you are trying to accomadate the people you ""screwed over"" stop having your Zoom Day just on the South or East side of town. Charlotte covers more than just those two areas, you might want to include University and the North end.\r \r If you purchased a Groupon you can get a refund by contacting Groupon. I doubt Martin (the owner) let you know that, probably because he doesn't want to lose that money.\r \r By the way don't let the overall score of 4 stars, that Zoom receives on this site fool you. You will see that those scores are from 2008!! Pros: if they would get their appt I might have a pro Cons: No show for appts, owner doesn't answer email or calls
