Called to have two manufacturing defects corrected which had Service Bulletins posted through Infinity national regarding them. I was told they needed to verify the actual problem, but they would be covered if it was the problem in the service bulletin. \r \r Since my car needed transmission service and inspection so I brought it in for that too. From the time I got out of my car I was told it needed the 60K service even though it was well under 60K and even though the items they listed in the service had already been done.\r \r Price tag for that would have been well over $800\r \r Next I was told the inspection would cost $70!!! Yes, the same inspection you can get for $35 anywhere else.\r \r Next I was told the items in the service bulletins would not be covered and in fact would cost over $500 each!!! \r This was most incredible because one of the problems was a simple switch which I actually ended up replacing myself in about 30 min. with no directions and using a generic switch for about $6.00. The other issue I solved myself by using felt pads to eliminate loud clicking from a solenoid for a cost of $3.00. \r \r The real fun started after they actually looked at the car. They stated it was leaking from pretty much everywhere even though there was no sign of it on our fresh poured driveway and pad and no one had noticed it at the Orem Nissan dealer 3 months ago when in for an oil change and general inspection. These ""necessary fixes"" would cost another $1800!!\r \r Basically the grand total for everything ""necessary"" added up to just about $3000.... on a car that has been well maintained and had only 56K on it!\r \r After I told them to forget everything but the transmission service and that those quotes were ridiculous, the service advisor ""Bill"" ignored my calls and emails and refused to have any contact with me when I came to pick up the vehicle.\r \r I would sooner learn to fix it myself or sell my car than ever go back there again. They are THE WORST.
