The staff our great.The lighting in the parking lot is'nt that great.The customer service is great at this:7-Eleven.The problem is some of the regular loiterers.Like : Daniel.He has no facial hair,he does appear to be a male white adult.According to him he claims he is a test tube baby . He should most definitley be relocated to a paded room.However;His hair appears to be shoulder length ,dirty blond.He is normally observed playing with his bike.According to him,he lives behind this ;7-Eleven store.That is totaly unsanitary.That should be against the city ,ordinance and city Municipal code.That could be against the Health and Safety Code,Section:11530.This could include:Calif Penal Code:653.20 (c).Its also not known what this guys motive and intent is?He has been also observed loitering on ,Trask .The West side by ;Walmart.Next to some of the local residences and establishments.Its not known if he could be :( Stalking) ? Civil Procedures Section:527.6 . I do hope this guy can be relocated.Some local residents are some what concerned that he might be tempted to brake into their houses when their not around.Then he loiters in front of ;7/11.Or loiters in the doughnut shop.I wonder when in a nice way he will receive a ticket for being loud and biosterious ,Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.3 and loitering,Calif Penal Code:647E ? Can you imagine walking with you're children and this guy is cursing and yelling to the air? This is my favorite :7/11 but there does appear to be lots of people loitering.Some are very agressively pan handling ,DISTURBING the peace,Calif Penal Code:647E. He is a regular.He should be relocated to the ;Salvation Army. Plus he should definately not be loitering near any houses,apartments or any other establishments,to include schools .What is the motive and the intent? Parents have to protect children now days. He should not be near any houses,apartments or any establishments on Trask.Then we see him at; 7 Eleven.When will the mayor of ;Westminster ,relocate this guy ? In a safe manner? She should do her job.
