Review content:
I've had two deplorable visits to this place. At the first one a couple years back, we had to wait for hours before the doctor finally saw us and told us he was not able to put stitches in my son's lip. They still charged our insurance and kept the $75 copay we paid. More recently, my son got a big gash in his knee which required stitches so I went there again as it is the closest urgent care center. No one greeted us, I was left to fumble with the self check in screen where I read that if the patient is bleeding, I should contact the receptionist. Both the receptionists were ""busy"" helping two other people, so I had to wait by the window. As I waited... and waited... it became clear to me that both receptionists were working on the same patient and her mother who was there for a school sports physical. I finally got someone's attention, and eventually someone else came out with a handful of gauze for us. She could tell me nothing except they were very busy, and hightailed it out of there. I thought this was a place for urgent care, where I would expect something like a bleeding gash to take priority over a routine physical. I would not go here again.
