very unprofessional. Anytime you call her it is as if you are bothering her. Bridal stores are supposed to make weddings a happy occassion for the bride and this was far from it. Buyer beware. there are so many other stores to go to ... especially that have better reviews. I usually dont reveiw places however... I could not sit back and just not warn anyone about this store. Trust me when I say stay away. stay far away. This is a once in a life time occassion keep it happy. My wedding was a couple months ago and I still get so mad when I think about how she treated me and my wedding party.
Pros: they had dresses
Cons: very nasty and unprofessional owner
