I am from rhode island and have tried most of the restaurants on federal hill..But until recently had never been to Andino's so my wife and I decided to try it one night a couple of weeks ago. the atmosphere is very nice and makes you feel like you've gone back in time into the 50's. The food was amazing. For an appetizer we had the fried calamari and it was the best I had ever had. for our entree's my wife had the shrimp scampi and I had the veal bracciole in the marsala sauce both were amazing. It was a Saturday night so It was extremely busy but the service was still good. The young man who brought us our food was especially attentive I believe his name was steve and he made the night even more enjoyable because when our waitress was busy he made sure we got what we wanted and also had a great sense of humor.
