Review content:
I am a prominent DJ in this city and was called by the Manager to play 2 nights a week in this hole. I spent 5 hours of my time putting up paid advertising to boost my show. It was a slow night, needless to say. I cut them a break on my fee in hopes to build this place up for them. They told me don't worry about coming back next week, because they have a free DJ doing the shows now. BAD Business all the way around. Two police officers were posted outside for a good majority of the evening, and then the main event was the TABC coming in and writing a ticket to the GM for noise violations. This bar is smack dab in the middle of old people country and will never be a good venue for any kind of entertainment. Then again this is just my opinion. I wouldn't care either way. I just feel as if I was taken by these newbie bar owners.
