Review content:
After having my second child (and recovering from my 2nd c-section), the Center Studio is the only answer I've found to getting my core back. I'm a distance runner, and no matter how many miles I would log, my stomach wouldn't return to its pre-baby state. I finally took my friend's advice and tried pilates at Center Sudio. 4 months later, I'm hooked. Great instructors, great work-out. As a mother of two and full time working mom, the Center Studio is one of my 'happy places.'
