Review content:
Wonderful Doctor and exam. I highly recommend him. We have also been patients of Dr Franko. She is great as well. I have never had a more thorough eye exam and the prescriptions were accurate.\r
I regret to say though that our experience with the office manager Jennifer was very poor. She was very nice until we paid, but then once my daughter had the glasses for less than a month and there was a problem, she was rude and refused to help us. My wife and I couldn't get her to listen to our complaints that my daughter's glasses were falling apart and so we asked to speak to the Doctor himself. She refused to let us speak to him. She also said that she was the owner of the business and we would just have to buy another pair. It seemed obvious to us that she was scamming us and we asked for a copy of our prescriptions so that we could go elsewhere and buy them. She argued with us, then put us on hold, then said there was nothing she could do except fix them ourselves or buy more. We have made several attempts to reach the Doctors. We've had to ask the State of Ohio Board of Optometry to get involved now and help us review both the optometry practice and the licenses of both Dr. James Edick and Dr. Susan M Franko. I have to say that I would avoid them based on their business practices.
Pros: Great doctors - best eye exam in town
Cons: Bad business practices - we had to contact the State Board!
