With surly contempt, the owner Tony walked me out to my car so I could explain my turn signal problem, listened for a moment and said, ""You need to come back when Mike's here. He fixes these old BWM's.""I said, ""Great. When will he be in?"" Tony shrugged and said he didn't know, to ""call and check tomorrow."" I went back in to ask for some parts, and a guy reluctantly went in the back for 20 seconds and returned with a ""nope we don't have it."" I didn't have a good feeling, but I called back, I got Mike on the phone, and he told me to come in the following day. The next morning I went in, and when I asked to speak to Mike I was told he was busy. I specified my problem and added that I was following his instructions, and the owner said, ""You can't just come in here expecting to talk to whoever you want. He's busy."" That's when I said,"" You know what? I've been getting nothing but attitude from you guys all week, it seems like you don't want my business. I'm doing what you told me to do,"" To which the owner Tony responded, ""You're right, I don't want your business, I'm the owner, and you can get the (eff) out of my shop."" He came over, got in my face, opened the door and told me to get out...If you loove abuse, pop in and say hello to these guys. Oh And yeah, they overcharge like crazy, I got my repair done elsewhere for half of what they quoted me.
Pros: Great place to go if you're looking for a fist fight.
Cons: Complete and total contempt for the customer.
