There used to be a tall thin guy and a female (both young) who worked at this copy center/UPS and they were amazing. Usually only one of them worked at a time. They would help me get in and out in almost no time at all; in fact, a few times, if one of them was on the phone and I had a prepaid label, he/she was able to multi-task by continuing the conversation and getting my receipt printed at once (instead of making me what for a possible long conversation to be over). However, they seem to have been replaced by dumb and dumber, who could not figure out how to scan a package, even with a pre-paid label. To their credit, at least they were courteous and apologetic. After 45 minutes of wasting my time, they called the manager (an older guy with white/grayish hair) who knew about as much as either of them. He pretended that I wasn't even there, didn't tell me what was going on, was rude when I did ask what the problem was, and when his best plan was to restart the computer, I took my package and left. It turns out that there really aren't many other options in Ithaca for UPS, so I ripped off the label and sent my package via USPS because I was not about to waste more of my day at Staples. When the manager of a store is both stupid and rude, it's time to shop elsewhere.
