My wife and I drove from Beaverton to take our 4 month old pure bred African Savannah cat to Dove Lewis after she had been stepped on and was urinating blood. After about 15 minutes of waiting someone came out to look at our cat. They said that she was looking stable but that it was a serious injury and we would be seen by the doctor soon. We waited for nearly 3 hours and had asked several times what the wait time would be, a girl named Kira at the front desk was incredibly rude and cold to my wife for no reason. We ended up leaving Dove Lewis and driving to the Emergency Animal Hospital in Tualatin and they were great. There were other people in the waiting room and it still took less than an hour to get a full examination including ex-rays and a diagnosis. Dove Lewis might look nice and I have no problem paying a premium for that but after this horrible experience we will never go there again. If you want to wait hours in a freezing cold room and be talked to rudely by a snotty little brat, then go to Dove Lewis.
