This is a quick little restaurant with a sort of ""buffet"" and a great take-out. The people aren't the friendliest (especially if you're white), but with many returns, they will remember your face and the service gets much better. This is the kind of place where you must be a regular to get their attention. Try anything with Paneer (it's a sort of soft cheese with a consistency like that of tofu), it's made fresh there and is always good. The Palak Paneer is great comfort food. Have a Samosa on the side with their chutney. Be careful, they're filling. The food is so cheap, you can buy a bunch and refrigerate it for a week. I'm a working student, and during the school year I don't have anytime to cook, so I buy $35-40 worth of food and it lasts me a week and a half (lunch and dinner). This place is a steal, so definitely be open minded to trying it. If you've never had Indian before, get the buffet and try a little bit of everything. You'll adore it. Pros: Incredible food and value. Cons: The owners are curmudgeons unless they see your face often.
