Coming from a tool background and understanding how breaks, front end parts and suspension work i was very surprised at the non ethical up-selling they attempt on there customers. Not only are they unethical, someone riffled through my belongings while our vehicle was on there property (the back was locked when i dropped it off and locked when I returned - but someone went through all my personal items)
it gets better - the repairs they made were very simple but I still had to return the vehicle and have it fixed bacause they didnt do it right (at least they admitted that)
