Wow - that was a little scathing - maybe selective hearing on the part of the previous reviewer. I have been a customer of this store for over 20 years. NEVER have they bought books and never have they advertised that they buy books. The OWNERS, (there are no employees), would never say that they buy books, since they obviously know that they don't. And while complaining that some cash had to be paid, one should keep in mind that rent, insurance and utilities must be paid every month - do people honestly think that a business could survive on 55% of credit? \r

This is a really great shop. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. One thing they will do is book-searching for customers - a great way to find an elusive title by a favorite author!! \r
