48 hours from deadline my harddrive crashed and I lost all my data! Without visuals, my presentation would have been no more exciting than watching airline stewardesses dictating emergency evacuation. I called a friend that knows computers and he recommended PC Nerds, who manage his office network, and speak to Paul, who really knows his stuff. My computer got picked up that night and brought back the next morning before I went to work! When called to thank my friend, he couldn't believe that my data recovery was only $250. He said it’s usually a flat rate between $600-$1200! Wow! I wasn't charged for the emergency turn-around, travel, pick-up or drop-off, and Paul was everything but a ""nerd!"" At $75/hr I will never again say ""you get what you pay for"" because this job was worth 10 times that! Thank you PC Nerds for saving my job!
