My husband grew up part-time in New York. He took me to New York and introduced me to the pizza 13 years ago and I have been hooked ever since! I have looked for good New York Pizza in my travels from here to Austin, TX to San Diego, CA. This is the first time I have found the real deal. The crust is thin and crip, not soggy. The sauce is not too sweet and has a great flavor. The pepperoni is nice and thin and don't get me going about the cheese! Also, not a grease bowl, just the right amount to let you know it's true Italian. The Owner is from New York and had a pizzeria with his brothers in New York for 20 years before coming here. You won't be disappointed!
