I walked in the door on a cold rainy day and was also greeted with a smile and was amazed that my first impression was that they knew who I was and it seemed like they were already expecting me. I was immediately offered a cup of warm coffee and/or water. I was helped right away and they made me feel good about the coverage I had on my auto. They answered every question I had and as I walked out the door, everybody said bye to me. It made me feel like I was HOME:) Keith and his staff are amazing and I can honestly say ""I don't see myself with no other insurance rather than my good neighbor, Keith"".
