Review content:
First off Robert the service manager needs to grow a sack! After having a technician come out only to improperly fix our problem with our pop up camper. Robert decided to ignore all our calls and put our message to voice mail. The ladies in the office are nice but Robert is a poor service manager and needs to grow a sack and get on the phone with customers instead of putting the ladies on the phone to do the work he doesn't have enough courage to do. Looser!
STAY AWAY..IF A MANAGER WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS AND SENDS THEM TO VOICE MAIL THEN THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
