My boyfriend and I frequent El Taquito, sometimes two or three times a week. We absolutely love it! It is so great after having gone out, since they stay open late, usually 4:00 am. Fresh and flavorful, the tacos are made with quality ingredients; the meat is cut into small pieces and seasoned just right with the best flavors. They also have added to their menu other interesting Mexican dishes, such as a jalapeño relleno. My personal favorite is the taco al pastor. The slow-cooked pork is absolutely delicious and I feel must be ordered ""con piña"", or with pineapple. The gringas are also fantastic; they are tacos with melted cheese on the inside of the tortilla. Must try: gringa al pastor, ""con todo"", ""con piña"", and avocado if you like, topped with any combination of their wonderful salsas. Each salsa has a unique flavor and rich color. The verde is excellent and quite spicy. The orange salsa is spicy as well and has a citrusy, bright flavor. The service is fast and efficient, and the people are very friendly. The atmosphere is great with bright, welcoming colors and a warm feeling. In short - truly authentic, delicious Mexican food made with love. Pros: fresh, TASTY, atmosphere, good prices, tacos! Cons: can get busy weekend nights
