As an elite athlete for the last 15 years (all state track athlete, a part of a college national record 4x400 team, national qualifier in half ironman triathlon, course record holder in adventure racing, and olympic hopeful in decathlon), I have had my fair share of coaches and training styles. Foundation Strength & Conditioning is the real deal. You will be hard pressed to ever find a program that yields the same results. If you don't believe me, ask the dozens of olympic caliber athletes and NFL players that have trained with me under the care of founder Michael Lobue. His skill ranges from helping the elderly regain movement and alleviate pain, to making the greatest athletes in the world even better. Don't be dumb; train at Foundation.
