My wife and I have been to Cafe Mingo in Northwest Portland for many years, but this was our first dinner at the Beaverton location. Food was terrific, period. But what I want to stress was the great service from our server, Amy. I'm a snob when it comes to service, and Amy was as close to perfection as anyone could come. She was attentive but not hovering. Her friendliness and enthusiasm were incredible. I will always ask for her station in future visits.
