Review content:
The worst customer service possible. The manager is rude and entitled and lied as well in order to not accept an exchage in 24 hours. He pretty much told me I was an idiot for asking and accused me of coming in with a damaged box even though a day ago they had given me the same box. I will never shop there again. Their prices are no better than any other store either. Clearly a store destined for becoming a tourist trap as any self respecting new yorker will soon catch on
