I was in the store on a recent Monday getting my ZCoiLs fixed (loose coil). The two older ladies there were helpful - turns out they're only there on Mondays, and the owner is there every other day by herself - but I had her card and could have called for an appointment! The screw was easy to fix once they showed me, but I thought they were really very pleasant. After reading ""muffinman123"" I was expecting a difficult experience - it wasn't at all. (muffinman: ""if I was you"" obviously isn't big on English, so I'd question his evaluation!)
