I'm a frequent customer of Razzis. This is the first time i've had such horrible service. Only one of the 6 cokes that were ordered made it and the ice cream I ordered was substituted with a veegan coconut bar. When I called to have it fixed, the manager was defensive and unapologetic. The driver was nice and half an hour later, I received my cokes. I was told I'd have a credit on my account for the ice cream. Yeah, usually great but today was horrible.
