We?re moving in June. Customer Service is great - they spend as much their time as you need to tell you all details about property. We moving from Texas and I never seen Toledo and this app complex. So you can imagine how hard to find quiet and inexpencive place over the Internet. We?ve picked this place not only because it's close to UT (10 min), but they also have bus line toward UT and strict noise policy. Nice floor planes, big windows, heat/ac/water included, fitness, pool and garage. We got 2bad/2 bath 1200 sq f for $750! And they will hold t for us for a month! She even sent me flyers on paper mail!
