Review content:
When we first moved to the triangle I was 5 months pregnant and ordered take out Cha Chang Myun every week for a month or two. They beat the Korean restaurants hands down. The owner is Korean and the wife is Chinese - they make the noodles fresh and it makes a world of difference. But my friends who like the less authentic American Chinese find their selections to be of poor quality and flavor. So you have to be choosy. Come here for the authentic and forget the other stuff. I think I'll stick to take out. Maybe a couple of years ago this restaurant looked nice but now it's VERY dusty and almost dirty. The condiment jars need replacing, the silverware is tinny, the bathrooms are scary and everything just seems to have a layer of dust on it. Now, I've eaten at worse places overseas, but here in America I am spoiled and want it to be clean! No matter what though, if you want authentic Cha Chang Myun - get it here and nowhere else. Just close your eyes or order take out. Happy Eating!
Pros: Wonderful Cha Chang Myun and noodle soups
Cons: Dirty, hot and bad American Chinese food
