Now this place is awesome. Totally unassuming from the outside, you take the elevator up to the 5th floor...elevator opens, and you immediately feel like Rocky. From the folks bobbing and weaving in front of punching bags, to the fellas in the ring swinging at eachother, this is the place to get a great workout, relieve some stress, and to feel great. The staff is super friendly and it's easiestly one of the cleanest boxing studios in NYC. Go there now. They have a free boxing lesson for all beginners deal. Why not? if you dont, i'll fight you. :)
Pros: Clean, energetic, awesome staff.
Cons: Hidden, hard to find.
