Review content:
I didn't even get a chance to finish booking my limo because the company was so inept that they couldn't properly fill out a form contract. The first time, they made a mistake regarding the date and my billing address. The second time they made a mistake regarding the time of pick up/drop off. All of these things are VERY SIGNIFICANT when ordering a limo... and they couldn't even get it right.
However, people make mistakes, so I was willing to STILL give them a chance. However, when I requested assurance from the company's representative that the limo service would go smoothly for our party, HE COULDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ASSURANCE!! He told me something along the lines of ""Things like this just happen sometimes. I can't guarantee anything.""
Needless to say I immediately canceled the reservation and sent an immediate notice to my credit card company to be on the look out for a fraudulent charge from this sketchy company!
I highly recommend that you all GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for your limo needs... I wouldn't trust this place for anything!!

Cons: The worst customer service I've ever received!
