I know Mr Toomer at a personal and professional level. We worked together when I was admissions counselor for Job Corps and always found him to be very professional, caring, compassionate and ready to help those who needed and wanted the help. We have remained in contact as I continue to work with youth at risk. When a young person comes to his office and he determines they are not eligible for his program, he goes out of his way to recommend or refer the youth to another agency. He has also done presentations for my company and know for a fact that he works even after office hours to help the youth turn their lives around.\r

Now, he is a man of integrity and do not expect him to lie for you, cover up for you or put your child in the program just because you as a parent thinks that's what's best for your child. \r
